Terms and Conditions / Rental Agreement

By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation policy

• • A free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
• • In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, the full total price will be charged.
• • In case of no-show, the full booking amount will also be due.

Arrival & departure

Arrival:
The apartment will be available on the day of arrival from 4:00 PM.

Key handover:
As a rule, we welcome you personally on site. If this is not possible, you will receive an individual access code by email no later than one day before arrival for our Nuki Smart Lock. Access is then contactless and flexible between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Departure:
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest.
