  (For later arrivals, we offer contactless access via a Nuki Smart Lock.)
• ⏰ Check-out: by 10:00 AM at the latest
• 🚭 Smoking: not permitted – including at open windows
• 🎉 Parties or events: not allowed
  We kindly ask you to respect our neighbors and the peaceful surroundings.
• 🐾 Dogs: very welcome!
  Please inform us at the time of booking if you are traveling with a dog.
