  • Check-in and check-out

    Arrival & departure


    Arrival:

    The apartment is available from 4:00 pm on your arrival day.


    Key handover:

    We usually welcome you in person and hand over the key directly.


    Alternative arrival with Nuki Smart Lock:

    If you’d prefer a flexible, independent arrival, no problem:

    The day before your arrival, we’ll email you a personal code for our Nuki door lock.

    This lets you enter the apartment without contact – no need to arrange a set time for key handover.

    The access code is valid from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on your arrival day.


    Departure:

    On your departure day, please leave the accommodation by 10:00 am at the latest.

    If you’re planning to arrive at a different time or have any other requests, please get in touch in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • Is parking available at the holiday apartment?

    Yes, there are 2 guest parking spaces right in front of the house.

  • Are bed linen and towels provided?

    Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation and included in the price.

  • Can we store our bicycles?

    Yes, of course! We have a dedicated, weatherproof, lockable bicycle shed for your bikes. You can store them there safely and conveniently – ideal if you enjoy exploring the area by bike.

  • Is equipment for children available (e.g. a cot, high chair)?

    On request, we’ll be happy to provide a cot, bed guard and high chair. Please let us know what you need before you arrive.

  • Is Wi-Fi available in the apartments?

    Yes, all apartments have fast Wi-Fi – perfect for browsing and streaming in a relaxing setting.

  • Can we bring our dog?

    Dogs are very welcome! Please let us know when you book so we can make the necessary arrangements. There are plenty of walking trails through the forest and heath right outside the door.
