By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions and rental policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival.
For a cancellation within 21 days before arrival, the full booking price will be charged.
In the event of no-show, the full booking amount will also be due.
2. Arrival & Departure
Arrival from 4:00 pm
Your holiday apartment will be available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Key handover
We generally welcome you in person on site. If this is not possible, you will receive an individual access code for our Nuki Smart Lock by email no later than one day before arrival.
You can then access the apartment contactlessly and flexibly between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
Departure by 10:00 am
On the day of departure, please leave the apartment no later than 10:00 am.
